These are the terms and conditions of sale (Conditions) of our website www.sabinasoderberg.com. This page informs you about the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on the Site to you. These Conditions shall apply to all transactions carried out via our Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is assumed that by entering the Site and ordering any of our Products you are aware and accept these Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions when confirming your order, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Conditions, you will not be able to order any products from our Site.

Our Site is intended for use by people resident in countries worldwide. We accept orders from addresses within and outside the European Union. Our business policy consists of selling products through our Site to consumers only. By accepting to purchase products from our Site, you confirm that you are a consumer.
By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) you are a consumer;
(c) you are at least 18 years old.
Information on the range of products sold via our site is available, with product references, on our site. All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process you order if made. Our main products sold through our Site are clothing products and other fashion products. All images, illustrations and descriptions of the goods are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, colours you will see on your monitor, sizes and measurements may vary.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
To order products from our Site, please use the following instructions:
(a) When on the page of the particular product you are about to order, please select a size and click the 'Add To Cart' button.
(b) Once you have chosen all the products you would like to order, click the 'View Cart' button.
(c) Once on your Shopping Cart page, please click the 'Checkout' button or 'Checkout with Paypal'.
(d) Once on the Checkout page, please enter the necessary billing and shipping address details, before clicking 'Continue'.
(e) On the next page you choose the shipping option, then click 'Continue'.
(f)On the next page you choose your payment method and enter all the necessary details before you click 'Pay Now'.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number for any references. Please note that such confirmation e-mail does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer by you to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).
The sale will only be binding on us once we have notified you that the order is accepted and the products have been dispatched by us. This means that if products are shown on our site but are not available or are incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you such products.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF CANCELLATION and REFUND
You have the right to cancel the Contract at any time within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. This means that during that period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide not to keep a product, you can exercise your right of cancellation. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy. We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
To cancel a Contract, you must notify us in writing by sending us an e-mail to , giving details of the products ordered and their delivery. You can send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. You must also return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. No refund will be offered for products that are returned by you incomplete, damaged or soiled. If you wish to return the products, you must return them in their original packaging, complete with all related accessories, labels, protective boxes, together with the completed Return Form and the original invoice to the following address:

The Products you order will be delivered during normal business hours to the address which you give to us when you place your order, once payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges, has been confirmed.
We shall not be liable to you if delivery is prevented or delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date due to any event beyond our control, we shall contact you with a revised estimated delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - DUTY AND TAXES
If you are an EU costumer: All taxes, fees & duties for your order will be fully paid by SABINA SÖDERBERG. There will be no additional customs fees to pay.
Non EU costumer: You may have to pay import duties, taxes or fees in addition to the price listed.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
If you return a product to us:
Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen-day period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full (excluding the original delivery charges). For any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the product is defective or faulty), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full and any applicable delivery charges.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the shopping basket.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site and will be confirmed on the written confirmation that you will receive when the products are due to be delivered.
Product prices are all in £ British pound sterling (GBP).
Product prices do not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site and may vary depending on the destination.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Payment can be made by credit cards and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by www.sabinasoderberg.com.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our site. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
All notices given by you to us must be given to SABINA SÖDERBERG via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our site, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these Conditions from time to time (i.e. changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities).
You will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these Conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within fourteen working days of receipt by you of the Products).
